Next book club meeting is 8/15

Hello all, Thank you for last night discussion, it was good and productive.

Next meeting is 8/15 it is not Monday this time, but I would like to keep Monday as a day for the meeting in the future.

We will be reading "Stoner" by John Williams.

Mila posted more books that we were talking about yesterday, they all may be our future candidates, so if you want read them a head and let us know if you want to have it on the club, or just read and enjoy.

One more book to consider is the "The master orphans son" by Adam Johnson

Books we have mentioned

We were talking about several books, some are substantial: Steinbeck East of Eden, Ken Kesey Sometimes a Great Notion. The book highly recommended by my friend is The Tenth of December by George Saunders.
